oxo or its combination is some cause of a problem in a memory, try to replace your memory card or clean it and its slot for dust. You can try to clean the pin of a memory card by using a pencil eraser by lightly scabbing it, and soft brush for its slot.

it happens sometimes due to server overload or unauthorized access. try some other dayn if not get any response then complain to the service provider.

You need to partition your Hard drive to however much you want reserved for the Linux OS. You need to get a live CD of the Linux distribution you want and after you have partitioned your Hard drive, you need to boot from the live CD and install Linux onto the Partitioned part of the hard drive. DO NOT install Linux onto the regular partition, this will mess up your current operating system

Dell Inspiron 531 gets me crazy..

hello, sounds like memory issue, I would say if you have more than one stick of memory in it remove one at a time and try it again.
also while you are at it reset BIOS by remove battery from motherboard and/or switching jumper setting.

Only two of the four SATA channels are active on my Dell Inspiron 531 desktop

Check the BIOS configuration to see if all the SATA channels are enabled.

How do i factory Restore my inspiron 531 computer please help!

very easy sir..restart the computer and start pressing F8..u will see a screen where u will c a option,,repair my computer,select tat and hit enter..u will see an option which will say"restore my computer to original factory settings"..just read the prompts and go takes 8-12 min to finish the restoration and after tat u hav to reconfigure the computer as u did when u got the computer for the first time...but remember all ur data will be back up all the data

No desktop display

Ok. Try pressing ctrl shift and esc at once. Then go to file- run (new task) and in the box type explorer.exe, then press OK. This should solve it.
