Hi Pooja, Move some of your files[e.g.music files, photos, videos etc] from your phone to your memory card. This is how to:
Locate the file.Select on options using your left hand soft key.
Select move to/send to and then select on memory card.
Move as much files as possible to create ample phone memory.
When receiving files[e.g via bluetooth] select memory card as the storage destination to avoid such cases or you can go to the bluetooth applacation, select on options and then storage.Set memory card as the default bluetooth storage destination.
Hope this helps. Thanks! Please vote this answer if helpful.
The phone comes with a low memory size that is why it is not receiving large files from other devices via bluetooth. What you should do is to try to get an additional memory card and install into the phone, then when you receive files via bluetooth, you should send them to the memory card.
For the internet that is slow to connect, the problem is not from the phone, it is from the network of the sim card service provider. It tends to be slow on some kind of phones with low memory capacity to read internet faster.
Insert a memory card into the phone and try to move all files on it, then you can surf the internet using ur phone with an improved internet speed.
Back up your contacts to your sim and do a hard reset by dialing the following keys. *#7370#
That will restore eveything but BE SURE TO BACK UP ANY DATA YOU NEED BEFOREHAND as everything will be wiped and reset.
nokia 6300 you have to reinstall the bluetooth device in the nokia servies center.and then you can receive dates from other phones.[or] copy the datas to pc and formet the memorycard........
don't worry. just make a backup of your personal data such as songs, images, games that are in the memory card. save that backup in your pc or if a have required space in your cell so save that backup there. now formate your memory card. after that replace all your data and then try receiving again. it will work, for sure.
when it says memory full then see that all messages received via bluetooth are cleared from memory. And find out and deleate any unwanted applications in your phone memory. And if this dosenot solves your probs then switch off your phone and turn on at least after 5 minutes.
