Sorry your having this problem, to get hold of another installation code, contact EA Sports www.easports.com. I lost the code for Madden 08 and from what I understand after contacting customer support, it will cost you 10 bucks,to have them issue another instalation code. Some companies, (EA Sports isn't one) will gladly issue a new one for free. Good luck.
The code you are referring to is probably the license key for Microsoft Outlook. If you have lost the key you can buy Microsoft Outlook from any good computer stores. The other application you will need for Outlook to sync with the ipaq is Microsoft Activesync which is free and does not need a license key. You can download activesync from Microsoft website or from the cd.
