This will work for all models. You just need to get a condensate pump. Hook drain from dehumidifier to the condensate pump. the dehumidifier will need to be higher than the pump so it can drain.

See previous answer. If new, contact supplier to replace float switch. Are you sure it's not just a fan staying on with the tank out?
