Can't be compatible, because the plug is the 30 pol. not the lightening plug.
First make sure the cable is compatible, then check if you Alpine can work with it.

I went to play a CD and it came up on the radio screen reset.I took the faceplate off and pushed the reset button but CD player would still not play, what should I do ?

If you have already tried resetting the Alpine INE-S920HD head unit by pressing the reset button and the CD player is still not functioning, here are a few additional steps you can take:
  1. Check the CD: Ensure that the CD you are trying to play is in good condition and free from scratches or damage. Try playing a different CD to see if the issue persists. If the problem occurs with multiple CDs, it indicates a potential issue with the CD player itself.
  2. Clean the CD player: Dust or dirt on the lens of the CD player can cause playback issues. Try using a CD lens cleaner to clean the lens of the CD player. Follow the instructions provided with the CD lens cleaner carefully.
  3. Verify the disc format: Make sure the CD you are trying to play is in a compatible format supported by the Alpine INE-S920HD head unit. Refer to the user manual for the supported disc formats.
  4. Update firmware: Check if there is a firmware update available for your Alpine head unit. Visit the Alpine website or contact their customer support for information on how to update the firmware. Updating the firmware may resolve any software-related issues that could be causing the CD player malfunction.
  5. Seek professional assistance: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it's recommended to seek assistance from a professional car audio technician or contact Alpine customer support directly. They have the expertise to diagnose and resolve any complex issues with the CD player or head unit.
Remember to handle CDs with care, avoid using CDs with scratches or damage, and ensure the head unit is compatible with the disc format you are using.

Hello iv jus bought a alpine cde 113bt and it wont play my music through usb on my iphone can you help???

Either way, Most Alpines don't support iPhone through the USB jack. You need the KCE-433iV iPod cable which plugs into the back of the Radio.

Cannot access bluetooth menu in the Alpine iva-d106

To connect the iva-d106 with the kce-400bt you need another cable
(KWE-460V), and to connect the ipod you'll need the KCE-435IV, first you connect KCE-400bt to the IVA-D106 using the KWE-460V cable, then conect the ipod to the KCE-400bt using the KCE-435IV

Cant connect my ex 10 to my x300 head unit

Hi Jared,

The EX-10 was never intended to be an accessory to the IDA-X300, but should work with FM modulation like any other radio, by making sure the FM frequency is set the same on both units. There are four preset channels in the EX-10 but you can change each one to any frequency.

As for the bluetooth mic connection, you must have that connected for the bluetooth to work. You are better off installing a KCE-400BTi handsfree kit to get better functionality, increased phone compatibility, increased audio quality and the ability to use all of the newer iPods (Gen 2 iTouch, Gen 4 Nano and iPhone 3G).

Hope it helps,

Marcel.

Hooking up alpine hd radio unit, bt-400, which one do i hook ipod to

Niether .... do you know what you have in hand? Both those extras costed someone some cash ... OK here it is: the CDA-9884 has a dedicated input for ipod (a KCE-422i cable is needed and comes with the new CDA-9884 in the box) ... The HD radio unit allows you to recieve new HD radio signals (digital radio, and stations that have it in your area may also have extra music streams like HD TV does). The bt-400 is a bluetooth adapter to use bluetooth enabled devices with such as a cell phone. If your ipod has bluetooth you could used the bt adapter but I suggest the KCE-422i cable instead, and check out the HD radio too, it's pretty cool.

How to get amp status to come up on the screen of alpine d 310

you have to have an alpine kce-510m amp link module. You must also have a compatible amp, such as mrd-m300, mrd-m500, or the mrd-m1000. The amp link module plugs into the (ext) plug on the iva-d310 and the other end of the cable into an alpine kce-060m y-cable. The shorter of the y-cable plugs into the amp with the lowest id #.

Alpine IDA-x100 and KCE-300BT

Hi
what you need to do is to start off make sure both units are powered from the same point you will see why below. Make sure you connect the Audio Interrupt out lead (pink/black) from the 300bt to the x001 INT IN pink/black wire
Go to general settings turn off the int mute setting, (you proberly have it turned off already the reason your not seeing it) try resetting it using the small button behind the face plate. This should allow you to see the int mute setting. Go to the bluetooth settings and select adaptor. Disconnect power to both units. ( you will need to re apply power to both units at the same time) after around 10mins. when you re-connect the power make sure ALL bluetooth units around the car are turned off. You should now have success in pairing the phone and having the X001 recognise the 300 bt.
