After changing the Sync procedure to BT due to 64-bit problem with cable (new computer), the E2 had a message to tap the soft button and it would hard reset. It has tried to reset for the last 16 hours. The "Palm Powered" screen comes up for about a minute, then shuts off for about 4 seconds, then back on for a minute, etc. What to do??
Not resolved yet. I have my files archived and have downloaded and installed the 64-bit desktop and synch manager. I set up the BT synch and ran it. I'm still working through the apps that may have triggered the infinite reset loop. I hope it's not the age of the E2 and compatibility with later software. Thoughts?
