IF THE BURNERS DO NOT IGNITE
• Are the burner caps properly aligned and seated in the burner bases?
• Are the burner ports clogged?
• Is a fuse blown or is the circuit breaker tripped?
• Is the manual shut-off valve closed, preventing the flow of gas?

The problem most likely is the control board with the display unit. If the power was out, then thre will be no spark or the display will be off. The right burners are manually operated and are independent from the control board and can be lit with a barbeque lighter. On older units the part number 486752 is discontinued, the only solution is to remove the part and find a place in the web where they can repair it.. I have found two places for repair, one in Ontario Canada and one in Texas. I'll keep on looking.... I hate whe the manufacturer discontinue essential parts on a range so expensive. I guess that's life LOL

XLo burners keeping clicking but don't light after the initial lighting

Electronic igniters go bad and they don't work well if wet. Make sure yours are dry and change it if it still doesn't work. If the burner lights with a match, gas is getting to the burner. If it doesn't light, have the line checked for a blockage.

Ge monogram ZGU366LPSS one burner does not light up

It will light with a lighter just not the igniter which means the igniter is not working, sometimes they crack and run to earth, remove the top and turn off the lights you will see it sparking where it's running to earth.

We had the same problem on a Thermador cooktop with the same RI-302 ignitor. Turns out it was one of the switches that sits on top of the gas valves. These switches cause the ignotor to fire when the valve is turned. In our case, one of the switches had malfunctioned and was "always on" causing the ignitor to continuously fire.

I would try cleaning the burners. You can purchase cleaning brushes made specifically for this purpose and they work like a charm.

One of the Burners does not light.

I have the same problem and just took the cooktop apart to investigate. I disconnected the solenoid lines from the simmer controller (that is located under a metal guard to the right side under the burners) and checked them with an ohmmeter. It reads an open circuit, which suggest the solenoid is bad. When I turn the control knob on, I also read about 100V DC on the corresponding solenoid terminals of the simmer controller. I was surprised it was that high for a DC voltage, does anyone know if that is correct? I would hate to spend $90 on a replacement solenoid valve and then have it blow because the controller is putting out too much juice.
