Question about Napoleon PTH10PSS Infra-Red Patio Heater
I just got this patio heater, screwed in the 1lb coleman bottle and then went to light it and all i hear is one "click" when i push and turn. Theres ot multiple clicking like it is trying to light. I don't hear propane going through the mechanism or anything and no spark or anything. Is there a valve i have to turn on? It says all i have to do is screw in the tank. I can't figure it out. Please help. THank you
If you have a piezo ignition, then all you will hear is one click when you turn the knob. If I am guessing correctly, when you push in the knob and turn it, the gas flows to the pilot assembly, when you turn the knob far enough it will clilck and that sends the spark to the pilot assembly to light the pilot. Try turning the knob slowly before you get to the click, that will allow more gas to flow to the pilot. If this does not work, then you may have a blockage in the pilot.
