Question about Frigidaire GLTF2940ES Front Load Washer
We can run our washer only on certain cycles....the most used cycle " Normal" will NOT even beep when you turn it to that cycle. We can only put 4-5 pieces of laundry in the washer at a time..(what is the point of even doing laundry for 4 pieces). If we put in too many pieces the water will not drain! It's so frustrating! My husband has cleaned the pump...our washer is only a year old!! NEED HELP!!!
Part of the problem sounds like you still have a blockage check all hose's to pump....also if drain hose is connected to back of machine check connection there. common for lint or objects in these areas. most common coins get lodged there and act like a valve. Not sure bout your cycle selection...check your options are set correctly?

Hello sidneyskiss - From what you have described if only the normal cycle is working, then there seems to be a communication problem coming from the main control board or wiring failure. Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart washer. If it proves to be ineffective, I would suggest contacting a professional technician to move forward accurately.
