My samsung galaxy mega wont charge. Ive had it for maybe a month. It charged fine before I went to work then I got home and nothing. When I turn off the phone the samsung logo shows up but instead of being a purple halo is dots of different colors. I turned the phone off and plugged it in amd it vibrates and flashes at me... still doesnt charge. I factory reset the phone. Nothing. Help!

IF you have had it for a month and you bought it new, take it back, it is a warranty issue. If not then you are looking at a possible service issue on the charging board or the main board.

More often then not its the battery even tho the battery is fully charged as it may seem. The rel test is get a new battery not your friends battery tho but a new one put it in there and let it charge. If that doe not work then the phone's logic board has been effected and it may or might not be worth reviving. But check the battery first.

Have you tried removing the battery and reinserting? You may need a new battery. I would try that first. Maybe your charger is bad also

I have not used my tablet for about 3 months . It has always been plugged after every use. I went to turn it on this morning completely dead. It just wont turn on. I have tried a quick fix of power...

Give it some time. charge it, unplug it and start it. Then when it is empty, charge it again unplug and switch on.
repeat this several times,. If it does not change, could be the battery is charged to dead. or a strange spike on the power line killed the tablet.

Try taking the back off and dabbing away any moister in each half. Then use a hair dryer to dry the unit thoroughly, leave open for about 15 minutes then replace back and try charging again.

try to use the USB part and charge it with ur laptop. Make sure ur tab is turned off or else it wont charge.I had d same problem and doing this temporarily till I get it permanentaly solved. But this does work.
