Printer will not feed envelopes to be printed.

Printer will not feed envelopes to be printed. Slips over and says jammed..

It most likely is due to the rollers that will feed the envelope. Try changing the rollers. We had that problem ALL the time at my office and we noticed that it was due to the rollers not have any threads or being worn down.

Quick fix.... take out the rollers... put some soapy water on them.... let it dry and it should grab the envelopes. But this is again a temporary solution.
