It seems that the thread goes around bobbin once and then it goes under the bobbin case and pops it out

When you thread your bobbin and put it in the case the thread should be on the left side of that little arm on the bobbin case. It allows the thread to slide off that arm.
Another issue could be your lower tension. You may need to loosen or tighten it.
I had the same issue and the above two things eliminated the problem.

It sounds like a timing problem - the shuttle timing and possibly the needle timing needs setting. unfortunately this is a job for a mechanic.
