My bosch dishwasher aqua stop is very tempermental.The lights on the front panel will not always come on and when I least expect it they do come on and the machine starts. Why is this?

the valve and wiring can be replaced you cannot remove it altogether as it wont be able to fill up, bosch aqua stops are normally powered solenoids that also double as the water inlet valve unlike most other aqua stops
i have an aqua star 125 ng an the pilot lights and stays lit but the main burners wont fire up when i turn the water on i have good water pressure so i kind of stumped and i just rebuilt the diaphram in it also
