Fan rotation

AC or Engine ? If engine it may be the engine coolant temp. Fan switch. Its either located on. Lower radiator or thermost housing. If you can unplug the wire at sensor and ground the wire. If fan runs you need to replace sensor.

I have an N13 1.6 litre Nissan Pulsar Hatch. I've just had the battery replaced and now the temperature gauge isn't working. Was working before. Nothing else was done. Any help would be appreciated.

Your temp sending unit off of your engine is either disconnected or faulty look into we're the wire leads into the sending unit it's usually were your upper radiator hose meets up with the block or were your thermostat housing is thanx Chris

Have 97 honda accord 2.7 i've done everything, relays, fuses, temp sensors, radiator, jumped the fans with direct wire to battery, work fine, tried to run ac see what it would do but nothing ar all...

i am confused you have not mentioned your problem but it sounds like your engine cooling fan is not working? if so try replacing the cooling temp sending unit located on or near the thermostat housing. in fact disconnect it while engine is running and it should turn fan on in a few seconds.goodluck

HI, i Have lenovo 0769-A63 laptop i have problem in my battery, when i put AC then my laptop is start, battery shows 83%(pluged in,Not charging). when i remove the AC System is cloosed is just like Cpu, its...

If thelaptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

When trying to set the temp, the display only changes in 10degree increments. Would like to know what the procedure is to change the temp in 1degree increments.

I doubt you can change it. I have worked with microwave/combination ovens for over 20 years and have never come across one that increments in single digits.
Sorry.

2002 ENVOY. THE TEMP DROPS AND THE ENGINE WILL RACE. THIS HAPPENS WHILE DRIVING AND SOMETIMES WHEN STARTING, EVEN IF ENGINE IS WARM, THEN IT WILL GO BACK TO NORMAL. WHAT IS CAUSING THIS? SOMEONE GAVE ME AN...

Could be a bad temp sensor or a bad thermostate. If the engine thinks that the temp is cold it will add more fuel. This will cause it to race. The question is the temp realy dropping or is it just reading a temp drop.Well hope this helps and good luck.

Heat blowing Cold when in drive. When in Park, it is warm

have you chg. any thing lately like thermostate? added any coolent to system? if not, thermostate could be stuck in the open position. if stuck open, setting still, it will throw heat, but moving coolent flows to fast and does not get a chance to get hot. if you did chg. thermostate it could have a air pocket in the system. and also adding coolent can create an air pockets too. you will know this when your traveling down the road and temp guage fluctuates up and down. witch means air in system.

2002 Chevrolet Impala overheating while idling

the thermostates on the 3400 engines are late because the fans kick in at the last moment. if you run your ac on you will notice that the gauge stays in front of the half mark or right on the half mark. that is because when you turn on your ac your fans will kick in earlier and stay on the whole time the ac is on. if you run your car with the heat on or nothing on that leaves the late thermostate to kick in verus you turning on your ac and it by passes the thermostates and runs the fans once the engine gets at at lest 120 deg. i use to have a 2002 and i had the same problem. this will keep your engine cooler. also if you don't want your air on just turn on your windshield defrosters (not the back windshield) and that helps keep your engine cool because your defrosters use your air compressor which is really your ac. so it still kicks the fans on earlier.
