First, make sure you have the latest display driver (AMD) for your machine... http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=1200006261 . I would also check for other updated drivers as well (BIOS, HDD, Lan, etc.) Then, make sure no unnecessary programs are running in the background while you are playing the game. It might have helped if you had said what game(s) are crashing.

Amd 7750 display driver crash

If there are multicolored **** the most common cause of this is probably that your card has been overclocked too high, fortunately this could be fixed by you downloading a software like amd overdrive and clicking on default or reducing your card's clock levels then try to run those games again.

It is sad but true that cue club doesn't run perfectly with high graphics card. I don't know why. I played cue club without setuping the drivers. IT ran well. But everytime I set up my agp driver it gets crashed. It didn't happen with only one agp card. I changed at least 10-12 AGP and PCI express. In every situation, I can play the game untill I set up my agp.Whenever I set up my agp it always crashes. Nothing actually worked with me

Sherlock Holmes The Awakened- As soon as i click on new game blue screen appears and the game just stucks there...

Its possible that your computer is not powerful enough to run the game, and it is crashing the computer because of this. Check the game box and it should clearly state the minimum system requirements for the game. If it is not this then it could simply be a corrupted file. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If this doesnt work then try updating your graphics driver. You can find your graphics driver by going into the properties of MY Computer and then display.

I've been playing Rome total War for quite some time now. However I have always encountered problems with the game crashing on me. I thought the best way to resolve this was to download a couple of patches...

Have you updated your drivers for your Graphics Cards, often that can help a problem and is often overlooked. You can find the specific graphics card you have by running dxdiag.exe and looking under the display tab. Drivers can be found on the respective websites, ATI or Nvidia.

Have a GeForce 6600 Graphics card in my computer but when i play games, the computer crashes. Anything i can do to stop this from happening? The only game I am playing is World of warcraft and that is...

You should always update the graphics card driver first.

If that doesn't help, does it crash to the desktop, or does it crash and shuts your computer down?

If it crashes to the desktop, then your system might not meet the system requirements of the game.
If it shuts your computer down, then you might not have enough power, some hardwares are not compatible, or that the speed of some components are too high and unstable (unstable overclocking).

However, it's just possible that the game isn't working the way it should and just needs a reinstallation.
