The POWER lamp should be green, 100% of the time.
The WIRELESS lamp should blink, as it "pools" many times per second, chatting with (or looking for) wireless devices.
The INTERNET lamp should blink, whenever any wired/wireless device tries to access the Internet.
For each WIRED device, the lamp should be green, 100% of the time, whenever the device is responding (maybe even when the device is "sleeping").

Netgear wndr3300 blinking orange light

It depends. Have you checked the Netgear support site for FAQ and the manual. In some routers, orange lights indicate wired 100Mbps connections while green indicates 1000Mbps. In other cases, blinking lights indicated that the router is 'bricked'.

Are the lights on the router stay on or blinking ?

The power light should stay solid as long as the router is plugged in. The WAN light and LAN lights are solid when you are connected, and the connection is idle. The lights blink when traffic is present. The lights are off when there is no connection.

WRT610n router power led light blinks and i cant

If the power light is blinking on the router , then it might not be working properly.
You will need to press the reset button on the back side of the router for 30 seconds. release it. unplug the power cable. plug it back in. wait for a minute and check if the power light is solid.
If not then try to reset the router again.
do the same thing and check if the power light is solid.

If the power light is solid then you will need to set up the router again.
If the power light is still blinking, then connect the computer to the router and check the IP address on the computer. If the IP address is 192.168.1.100 then try to open the set up page of the router and check the settings of the router.

Reset problem, router won't start again

If the powerlight flashes the entire time.. even after a hardreset, your router is probably only good for a brick....
