There is a error note that keeps coming up saying application servicesd.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down.

Then you have a virus that is messing with your registry and you should do some virus and malware scans and removal as soon as possible.

My cursor wont work after logging on my acer aspire one netbook

It sounds like a virus, use a external mouse if possible to run a full scan of your system with your anti-virus and download malwarebytes anti-malware from www.download.com if none of these work, try a system restore taking computer back to an earlier time.

Greetings, i have a problem in my ACER ASPIRE netbook, where it suddenly started to work very slow and specially the sound where it is very slow and distorted for any media such as sound tracks and even...

This is not normal. I recommend running a virus scan (Malwarebytes is an excellent free scanner) to make sure it's not a virus slowing things down. If after the virus scanner runs/cleans things are still slow, it might be worth it to look into a clean-up utility, but beware, there are many viruses/crapware out there that claim to be a clean-up utility, so it's best to buy a clean-up utility from a store in CD form.

Hi buddy, I have been receiving a poping up message from my screem like Dos operating system saying C:\WIN\22.exe, C:\WIN\32.EXE; C:\WIN\40.EXE and so on. i already scanned the pc with Malicious tools...

Have you tried other free anti-virus softwares like Avira? Sometimes, not a specific anti-virus can detect the same type of virus. Also, try to uninstall the MS Office, run a full scan, then reinstall MS Office then run a full scan again. It will help us narrow down the source of the popups.

I have a lsass.exe error message and netbook keeps restarting, it wont boot in safe mode or anything and I have no cd drive either. Please help...

lsass.exe is certainly a virus issue, the actual process isnt really a virus but viruses hijack the process for their own nefarious reasons.
You only have two options really, 1) use a boot disk antivirus (search google for avg boot cd) and then use the restore disks to try and repair the system file (copy the one off the restore disk to replace the corrupt one on your system)
2) Use your restore disks / another installation disk to build a new operating system.

Just remember if you have data on the drive to take it out to get your data off first. Personally I'd take your drive out and put a new drive in, then build a new OS on the new drive, nice clean and fast, then put your data onto it.

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with windows XP, McAfee Security Suite, and a Verizon USB for internet. When I turn it on I get an error message: dlbcserv.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. ...

This error message is a result of your Dell printer software functioning improperly.
This is a 'quick fix' to get rid of the error message:
  1. click 'Start'->'All Programs'->Startup
  2. Right click on dlbcserv.exe and click 'delete'

PS: dlbcserv.exe is a Windows process installed alongside Dell Photo Printers and provides additional configuration options for these devices. Although it is not an essential process for the operating system, you should not remove & uninstall it unless it is causing serious problems and errors.Dlbcserv.exe is a Windows file created by Dell. The file is usually found in Program Files\Dell Photo Printer 720\dlbcserv.exe folder. If you find it anywhere else, Please note that dlbcserv.exe could be a virus, trojan, worm, or spyware. Scan your computer with an antivirus software to make sure it is not infected.

I have an Acer Extensa 4620 laptop that is giving problems

Try looking at this information from Microsoft regarding this issue. You may have an incompatible software driver that was installed when you upgraded or installed / reinstalled some software.

Have an Acer Aspire One Pro (8.5" screen). It worked well, but today it started to give an exception error (wouldn't execute lsass.exe). Any options.

It may be virus related. The The Sasser worm exploited a vulnerability in LSASS to spread via a remote buffer overflow in computers running Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 2000. The worm is particularly potent in that it can spread without any interaction with humans, nor does it 'travel by email' like many other worms.

I would start your computer in Safe Mode and run a virus scan to see it picks anything up.
