Question about Smith Corona Wordsmith 200 Typewriter
I just unpacked and set-up a new WordSmith 250 and I can't get the paper to feed in. The paper isn't held tight enough to the platen to pull the paper in using the side knob. I have tried re-positioning the the paper release lever to no avail. Am I missing something or did I get a dud?
The tension spring has probably come loose I can e-mail you a copy of the platen removal and replacement page from the repair manual email@example.com
