Question about Proscan Televison & Video
In most cases its a technical problem inside, sometimes it may fix it self by unplugging it set for a hour or less maybe more.
The mainboard will probably need some components replaced ones a professional finds the problem from it.
The speakers and the screen itself are most likely in good condition, its on the circuit boards. Your going to need to get the tv looked at.
