My virgin super hub will not except admin and changeme. as far as i am aware nobody has changed the codes

The reset button is a small pin hole about 2inches on the same side as the power button on the superhub.
The power button is on the opposite side of the virgin led, which should be the left hand side when your looking at the front of the hub.
You will need a pin to reset it, put the pin in the hole and keep it pushed in until all the lights turn blue. Once the lights have turned blue it will then restart itself.
The default username and password is
username = admin
password = changeme
Now if that doesn't reset it to factory default then you need to go into the hub settings click on the "superhub settings" tab and you will see the option to reset to factory settings.

How can I change Passphase on my new Suuper Hub?

Hi there

I presume you are referring to the Netgear / Virgin Super Hub.

Yes, you can change the passphrase for the Super Hub. Below is a link to the manual for the Super Hub. Go to page 14 and start there.

Good luck!

Ps3 wont work with virgin super hub

Hello Dave
Turning to the PS3 I understand that the N adapter won't work with it and that some people have had problems connecting to the super hub. An alternative would seem to be to hard wire the PS3 using home plugs such as Solwise 85Mbps Homeplug Adapter - Twin Pack at £37.99 from Amazon.
This should solve your problem, Im sorry I havent a solution that wont cost you money, but there has been a lot of recorded problems with the PS3 and the Virgin Super Hub.
Hope you sort it soon
