Try it on an external monitor. If it still has a problem, your motherboard is faulty. Buy a new one or throw the laptop away.
If it doesn't, the problem is with the TFT screen - too expensive to bother replacing it, unless you can find another to use as a donor.

Transfer pics from a computer to a usb.

OK Let's do a split screen using Windows Explorer.
On the left, find the pictures on your "C" Drive.
On the right find your "USB" Drive.
Select one picture on the left and drag it to the right.
If this works, and it should. Select all of the pictures and drag them over.
OR
Select the pictures, Right click, select COPY.
Then on the right side, Right click and select PASTE.

Can you open the little door on your monitor? Maybe the adjustment that shifts your screen from the left to right?

On the right hand side of montior the is a screen

There might be a tool on your computer about that, you can check the utilities programs on your computer by searching in the Program groups of your Start menu and disable it. Your manual may give you some idea how to disable it. If you right click on that pop up window you might see an option to stop it from popping up. If those are not working, press CTL+ALT+DEL and select the task manager, then kill the process with a similar name. But you don't want to kill too much otherwise other applications may be affected too. Hope that helps.

It would appear that you managed to press CTRL + ALT + Left Arrow.
To correct this problem simply click CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow
