Question about Audiovox NVX226 GPS Receiver
I broke my car power cord for my Nortech Navigator (Model E-GPS010). Where can I get a replacement?
I used the car charger for a motorola razor just cost me 10 bucks and it works exactly like the original or you can find a replacement at radioshack for around 24 bucks.

I called the manufacturer and they said that the Sirius Sattelite Radio car charger is the 5v kind needed for this. they are no longer making this GPS unit or supplies

Any cigarette lighter 12 volt power adapter will work, as long as it fits. Take your unit to Best Buy, Fry's, Walmart, or Circuit City and match the plug that goes into the unit to a new one. The other end will plug into the car lighter socket. Check the gps section of the electronics department. They will have one that works.
