Question about Onkyo TX-SR503 Receiver
You need to get the code from the manufacturer of the universal remote. If you take the battery cover off the remote you will see the model of the remote. All manufacturer's of remotes have web support and you should be able to download the manual with all the codes and instructions. If you can't find the manufacturer's site, post a comment with the Make and Model number of your remote and I can help you some more.
