i pluged an ubs cord in to it and i didn't touch anything or do anything to it then all of a sudden my songs and everything was gone now when i try to put more music on it, it denies and i don't know how to fix it please help me!!!!!!

format it and see if that works.this will delete all of your songs so
back them up first.if you want instructions on how to format email me
