Problem for Samsung (SH-S162L/BEBN) DVD RW Burner
Lightscribe problems
I cannot use the light scribe on my dvd wr because the software I got with my dvd wr isjust a nero 6 disk with no lightscibe software. The dvd wr is a Samsung model SH-W162 DVD R/RW. Where can I get the right software

- I have a Samsung SH-S202N/B with lightscribe. I did a burn with Surething but had to download a support program of of HP Lightscribe site to do it. It was not so hot and not worth the time and cost for media. I have Nero 6 and it picked up this feature after the support sofware was loaded but messed up the Samsung writing cabability. I had to remove the HP program and took a while to get the drive back to writing. I had to uninstall it and let XP re-recognize it. It's cheaper to use regular disks and a fine felt tip pen and less nerve racking. I am looking at another program but waiting for a response to see if it is self supporting and Nero will not go bonkers. As soon as I find a good stable CD/DVD burning program Nero will be trashed. Unfortunately to remove it you have to use their software. If you don't, the Windows Remove Programs will leave a lot of stuff hanging just like AOL.- RonnybuckSolution #1

first of all make sure that your dvd witter is light scrubber compatible by reading your dvd writer manual.if you want to download a new software plz click to the link below .
