Question about Canon PIXMA MP530 All-In-One InkJet Printer
RE; MP530 ALL IN ONE PRINTER
THE PAPER IS GEETTING RIPPED IN THE PRINTER I PULLED OUT THE PAPER THAT GOT JAMMED BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO OPEN AND ACCESS THE AREA WHERE THE REMNANTS OF THE RIPPED PAPER ARE STUCK. I CAN'T EVEN SEE THE SCRAPS OF PAPER. I'VE OPENED THE TOP WHERE YOU ACCESS THE PRINTER TO CHANGE THE INK. I HAVE ALSO REMOVED THE TRAY AT THE BOTTOM WHICH LOOK LIKE IT IS FOR FEEDING OTHER SIZED PAPER OR ENVELOPS. HELP.
Open the printer from the back you should see if there are paper scraps there. note that if you did not switch off the printer before pulling paper, the printer may damage. but try opening the printer from the back it could help.
