service for that unit - call the manufacturers tech line and they'll give u service center nfo - it it's still under 2 years - repair will be free of charge

Hi!

Are you using a third party USB adapter or a USB interface? On the self test page that you printed does it say USB connection or something that will say about USB? or does it say parallel or serial connection? try to check the dip switches setting if its configured properly. visit epsonexperts.com site for more info.

try holding the button on the interface card and checking your network settings for three seconds and check on how to configure your interface card. That's a start.

This happened to me. What I did that worked was first unplug the power cord. Open up the printer where you can access the ink cartridge. Check for any paper jam or debris. Clean that out. move the cartridge all the way to right and slide it back and forth about 5-8 times. Plug the cord back in and try to reprint again. I hope this help.

may you put the paper in wrong order just turn the paper up side down and then check if ok nothing to do if not u have problem with thermal head or head alingment

1. Try right click on Printer icon and clear all jobs under properties.
2. Power off the printer and power on again if Printer does not have any pending jobs

Make sure its the correct driver for your printer and that the cable is connected properly!is it on a network or usb?i've heard that there is a virus on pc's that do that on network printers!
