Question about SATO CL408e Thermal Printer
We have a Sato 408E, use direct thermal label of Avery Dennison (colored) but it's cannot print, it's always stick on print head. But when I replace same kind of label without color (white), it print ok!
I adjust print mode into Direct, reduce darkness -15 already, same result.
But test on Datamax printer, both kind work ok.
Please advise us.
Using direct thermal labels it can dirt the printhead and platen roller, you must clean them with isopropyl alcohol and a flannel. Also adjust the darkness to less value to best print.
