Why are you looking for help here instead of from your account service provider?
If you think that Question is about computers or the internet, could you re-write it or explain how it might matter that why you're doing anything is to find out your mobile balance?
Are you actually asking how to recover from an error message saying your email address and password don't match or what, please?
When you've been trying to create new addresses and passwords, why would you expect anything new to be able find your account or 'get one or the other right'?

I had this problem 4 weeks ago, and I emailed [email protected] (or [email protected], can't remember) and they got back to me 2 weeks after with a really nice reply, and sorted it out for me. Put my account back to normal, and gave me a new password.
They were absolutely lovely, and when I emailed them back to say thanks they even sent me another email saying 'no problem'.
Just email them and be patient :)

when I enter my email address and password it comes up saying it's wrong, I click on forgot password and nothing is sent to my email address, I've also tried reset password I have friends on facebook and do not want a new account

You guys need to contact TrustE as the privacy settings have now changed and you are unable to access your account and FB changed the settings it now means your profile is visible to everyone and you are unable to change your priavcy settings. This is in violation of FB's own privacy policy and is an infringment of your rights as people are able to see your pictures etc. If you submit a complaint to TurstE they should uphold it and help mediat between the user and FB finding a solution.
