Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Can't adjust the earphone sound
Use the side buttons to lower the master volume, when your in media mode listening to your music, you have to use the side buttons or flip it open and use the side buttons by squeezing your finger between the big screen and the keyboard, they diodnt think that part out to well.
The ear Piece volume control your talking about only pertains to when your actually on a call.
Stupid set-up i know.

SOURCE: LG Env Phone and Ringtones
Here's the easy way.
1. Use a program to create an mp3 or wav clip on your PC. Keep it small enough to send as a text attachment. If you already have the audio clip, skip this step.
2. Load it onto an mini SD card.
3. Put the mini SD card in your LG enV.
4. Send the audio clip to yourself as a text message attachment.
5. Once you receive it in a message, you have the option to set the sound as a ringtone. You won't have this option until you receive it in a message.
I'm really disappointed that an otherwise functional multimedia phone would make setting a ringtone so difficult.
Verizon is just trying to make more money, when there is a clear legitimate use for this function.

SOURCE: cell antenna for LG CU500
There is a small round rubber plug on the back of the phone above the battery, below and to the left of the camera lens that I believe is an antenna jack.
