The problem is that I want to read the contacts and SMS into my SIM unavaliable... not in my phone.

    Thank you.

The services provider told me he can not do anythig about it. Otherwise, I think that there is only a chip to read, just a logic problem not electronic damage. So, I think somebody expert can read the datas inside with no much problem an the appropiate software...

Have you tried another SIM card? Have you tried your SIM in another device? I have had SIM cards fail, possibly from static.
Are all six of the pins / fingers still intact? I have had people using SIM adapters break some of the contacts off.

Hello

To increase your chances of recovery TRY NOT TO SEND/ADD ANY MORE MESSAGES PHONE NUMBERS once you have realized you deleted a message or number.

If you wish to recover accidentally deleted text messages, contact numbers, call logs or other details from your mobile phones Sim Card then you are going to need to download a good Sim card data recovery program. That is How To Read Deleted Text Messages:

You will require USB sim card reader (any PC/SC Standards or Phoenix Standards based USB Sim Reader) to use the software and successfully recover data (contact numbers and text SMS) from the Sim card of your mobile phone

To use the software you simply connect your USB Card to the computer load up Sim card data recovery and it will allow you to view information including contacts numbers, and deleted SMS text messages along with the date and sending time of the message in simple report format.

My phone has come up with the mesage SIM unavaliable please call service provider. What should I do?

If your phone displays the 'SIM unavaliable please call service provider' then your phone is currently locked to particular network. You need to unlock to use it with other network.
There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.
Hope this helps.

Ah ha - the prob above has everything to do with phone memory. Once the full contacts from the sim card are transfered to the phone memory the phone history and sms can read the contact name. However, the phone does not automatically sense when a loaded number does not have the +61 country code attached to it, so every single phone number in the contacts needs to have this added so that incoming sms and calls are correctly identified. An interesting experience.
