You can kill the engine with the PTO clutch on and then turn the PTO off before trying to restart because the PTO will auto disengage when the engine switch is turned off. The engine should not start if the PTO switch is on.

Power steering electric

Hello,

If the chair wants to drive left then you have a disengaged left motor clutch lever or a left motor going bad. Then M51 will not give an error code if the clutch is disengaged. If the chair is veering left as you are driving but you are still able to turn to turn right then the motor is not likely to be disengaged but has a brush or gear problem.
It is also possible that the joystick is not working well. The joystick is much less likely to be the problem unless it is damaged somehow.

Compressor Clutch disengages and Radiator Fan starts to run loudly

The radiator fan should turn on when the a/c clutch engages as this is designed to increase the cooling of the engine as the a/c increases the engine loading. But the compressor clutch should stay engaged as long as there is need for cooling, and disengage/re-engage as the temperature control calls for cool air. The radiator fan will shut off IF the engine temperature is cool enough to do so, as it is regulated by heat, as well as the A/c override.

If your air conditioning is not cooling the car and the clutch is simply disengaging prematurely, have the temperature control and relay checked for proper operation. Also have the refrigerant level checked to assure there is adequate refrigerant in the system and no leaks. My first bet would be the relay or the thermostatic temperature control under the dash.

1st, 2nd, 3rd gears difficult to select and reverse grinds in

You are in the wrong section of FixYa, but I can help you.
The reason why you are having trouble changing gears is your clutch is not disengaging properly from the engine when you press the clutch peddle.
If the clutch is a cable type control, then the clutch cable and clutch lever may need adjusting to disengage the gearbox from the engine so you can change gears without crunching the gears.
If the clutch is hydraulic type, you could have air in the system or you have leaky hydraulic seals, both of which will prevent the clutch from disengaging from the engine properly. Check the clutch master cylinder and the clutch slave cylinder for leaks. If there are leaks you need to replace the seals and if the master and slave cylinders are badly scored then they need to be replaced as well.
If there are no hydraulic leaks then bleed the hydraulic line to remove the air in the hydraulic system, you may also need to adjust the push rod from the slave cylinder to adjust the clutch lever arm so when the clutch peddle is depressed the clutch fully disengages the engine.

Can't shift into first unless car is not running. When my car is turned off i can shift easily. when my car is turned on it is impossible to shift . it will not move at all

Assuming its a stickshift car, check the clutch master cylinder, line to slave unit and slave for any leaks. If master is full, it may be internally bypassing It is possible to shift with engine off because nothing is turning. If clutch is not disengaging, with engine running you can't do that, because the clutch disengages the transmission from the engine so the gears can mesh.

When my a/c has been running for a short time the engine starts to pulse and a clicking sound is coming from the engine and the a/c ceases to work, the car is a 2000 diesel

The clicking sound is the noise from The clutch to make tne compressoor engaged and disengaged with the Pulley to turn so AC can work. There is a feeback from the refrigerant Pres and Engine temperature to engine Control Unit to disengage the clutch so your AC is not on . Have the refrigerant checked and Engine Temp sensor checked out. Good Luck.
