Incoming calls "Unknown" reflected on screen and contact

Samsung E370 Incoming calls - no name or number of person in Contacts appears on the screen - only "Unknown" on the screen whether caller is in Contacts or not.

check on the phone if you have the CLI activated also contact your service provider for activation of the CLI to receive the caller identification
