Hi I get black lines when making copies usi...

this could be due to several items the drum might be worn you can check this by taking out the drum and look at the surface to see if there is a line there coild also be a wear line on the fusing unit usually where the guide fingers are if you have the knowledge the first place would be the scanner mirrors just to see if there is any dirt you can usualy take the top plate off and lift the glass out with the machine turned off you can move the scanner mirrors by gently pulling on teh carriage then get a soft clean cloth and clean the mirrors. ..good luck A
