Shut down the computer--remove all the cables frm tower--hold on the power button for 20 sec and then release it and then plug back the cables and restart ur computer.

When back to desktop---check if u have more than one anti-virus and/or more than one anti-spyware/trojan and/or more than one software firewall program running at the same time.Un-install any similar you aren't using.
-- Uninstall any Programs you don't need anymore .
-- Try Disk cleanup ,disk fragment.
-- Finally if nothing helps.Download a Program Called SDFix and Install it.
Then Restart Your Computer in Safe Mode. (Just Restart Your comp and press F8 Before the Windows Loading Icon)
-- In Safe Mode Your Computer Is Running With the Bare minimum,Open up SDFix folder and click on RunThis.It'll clean up anything you have and Give you a detailed report after.
-- Instal cc cleaner and clean ur computer.

This should fix the problem.

Is the Driver sor the sound card up to date, try to see if it is even installed, if it says that no audio device is installed, go to the drivers page for your computer, and then download the sound driver for your sound card

To be honest, the simplest way to get some extra storage space is to purchase an external hard drive. They are more expensive and a bit slower than internal, but require far less work.
