Question about Acer Aspire 5100 Notebook
Make sure your wireless card or adapter is properly installed and that the up to date drivers have been setup. I assume you are using a laptop so try visitig a friend or a internet cafe with a wireless signal, your laptopshould pick up the signal right away and allow you to surf, then you'll know if the home network is incorrectly configured.
