I tried new batteries. the wireless mouse works fine but the keyboard stopped working

Have you tried unplugging the wireless USB dongle, waiting a few seconds, then putting it back in?
Is there some software you have to run to connect the keyboard to the PC?
Is there an ON/OFF switch on the keyboard and is it set ot ON?
Is the keyboard near enough to the PC?
Can you use the keyboard with any other laptop or PC?

How do you connect sony vaio wireless keyboard to main unit

Wireless keyboards have two components, the dongle and the keyboard unit itself. Try this:

1. Make sure your keyboard has working batteries
2. Plug in the USB dongle onto a slot in your computer
3. Click on the Connect button on both th dongle and the keyboard.

Touchpad on Toshiba WIreless Keyboard PA3705D does not work. Help

I have the Toshiba PA3705D-1ET1 keyboard.
I experienced the same thing: keyboard working, but not the touchpad. I reinstalled all drivers that I could think off, but nothing helped. What actually did work for me was: remove the batteries of the keyboard for 10 seconds, then put them back in (while PC is turned on). Also ensure that the batteries are full and that you are in range of your PC (let's say less than 4 meters).

Wireless keyboard & mouse will not connect

Would try going into the device manager in the control panel and make sure that the usb dongle is being identified correctly by windows. Also, would unplug any other usb devices so that they are not interfering.

Connecting wireless keyboard for L3600

There is a button on the bluetooth dongle that needs pressing to get the mouse & keyboard operating, I think I got them to work when the little long blue light on the dongle (there is one) it flashes for a brief time when pressed. I think if the mouse or keyboard button is pressed while its flashing it picks them up. Good luck, it was very tedious, I agree.

Bluetooth music headset won't boot

Please take out the batteries from the dongle and headset for 20 minutes.

Insert a new battery into the dongle, plug into your player and turn it on.

Wait for 2 minutes, insert another new battery into the headset and turn it on.

It will take about 2 minutes to connect each other at first time.
