I don't know who you are trying to contact with this problem, but we are in no way associated with Facebook or any of their game vendors. You need to take this matter up with Facebook themselves or the game vendor that you purchased your chips from.

Last night, Oct.2, I reinstated my Netflix account. This morning checking on my debit/checking account I see two charges against the account. One for $8.65 and the other for $9.19. Please tell me why two charges and my understanding is was for $7.49 per month.

If you are using Firefox, you should be able to disable your add ons and restarting Firefox should fix your problem. If you are using Chrome, you should clear your browser history, go to settings, and disable your add ons.

You mentioned that you have created a new Facebook account using the same email address from your first Facebook account.
Sir, I just want to know if you have used your new account to log in on different sites that you use to visit? If yes, I would suggest visiting every possible sites that you have linked with it and close that account too. Cause every time you will be log-in those sites your new Facebook account will be reinstated.
In case you sir, you have not use it to other sites, You will have to close this new account and need not to access your Facebook with the same email address you use with your first Facebook account. It is going to take you 15 days before it finally deleted. REMEMBER: don't access your Facebook account, cause if you do it will be reinstated, no matter what you use to sign, old or new account. Just don't do anything.

This means that the email that you are checking is an older one , you need to wait for the new email to come to you , so that you can enter the new verification code and then it should work fine.

i had experienced that also. facebook had suspended my account for three weeks. emailing facebook doesnt do the work because they have protocols for sanctioning account users of facebook who tends to "abuse" their accounts. all we goota do is to wait for them to lift your account sanction.

try to make a new account because disable account won't come active again.

hey try to open it in your email link, if facebook email has a link, try to click in the link, sometimes it work, but the undrconstruction thing is new to me.
