Follow these steps to delete all pictures from the memory card in your Sony Cybershot camera

Turn on camera and make sure it is charged.

Press the Playback button (confirm that you want to remove all pictures from the memory card)
Please note - at this point, if you hit the delete button the camera will delete one picture at a time. Before I figured out how to delete all pics this was the point where I got upset, thinking that I had to delete 600 pictures...one at a time.
To
delete pictures in your camera at once, you can delete it using the
computer. Plug your camera to your computer using the USB cable. Once
your camera being detected go to My Computer, double click the drive of
your camera, " I think it is drive E or drive F". Now your are opened
the drive you can see all your pictures. To delete all the pictures,
click one picture. Press control A at once int the keyboard, so all
pictures are highlighted, press delete and Yes. All the pictures are
deleted..
Hi, If you want to delete selected pictures, follow below procedure: Press Play button that is located under navigation buttons, see the picture in lcd that need to be deleted, press Delete button located it lower right corner, camera will ask confirmation, press OK by center button in navigation buttons to delete selected picture. If you want to delete all pictures at once, go to Menu and select Format option to delete all pictures/ video clips etc in memory card. It depends on the brand or model of camera you are using, but if you cant get how to delete a picture from your camera, simply get a card reader, then remove the memory card
of the camera and insert it into the card reader, connect the card
reader with your computer, so from your computer you will be able to
delete old picture. But I still know that most digital cameras should
be able to delete old pictures, simply read your camera manual to see
how to delete or you tell me the model and brand of the camera that you
are using.
Put the camera in picture review mode. Click through the pictures until you find the one you wish to delete. Then press the trashcan button on the back of your camera to delete just that picture. Select OK if asked to erase this picture.
There are 2 ways to delete pictures.
set your camera in playback / view mode and press delete button near menu button at rear of camera. pop up comes to ask delete...select yes and there it goes.
connect your camera to computer usb port and go to picture folder through My Computer > Removable Disk, select desired picture file to delete and press delete key at keyboard.

go to format
re-set the format to "ok" even if it says "ok" already
press ok to all dad in memory stick will be erased, ready?
and all the pics will be deleted. thats the problem with this camera, everything is good except trying to figure out how to delete them all!!! ughh
