This can be a few things. first try and cold start it.
1. Take out the battery leave it pluged in. hold the power button for 5 sec. then release. turn on system normaly once in windows shut down. replace battery. turn back on. that should work.
2. You have a bad driver problem trying loading into safe mode hit F12 and select safe mode if it loads with no problem then it could very well be a driver or software problem
3 if nether of them work then you have a hardware problem which could be causing overheating.or just a device going bad.
