Hi,
The problem is that the filter, which is located under the washing machine, is plugged with something. Ours was plugged with a cotton swab. You have to tip the washing machine up and remove the filter and unplug it. The filter is in the center of the bottom of the machine. It twists off. I had to get the cotton swab out of inside the machine through this opening.
could be clogged drain. look at my issue "eco smart won't drain, smells hot" on how to remove motor from bottom of washer and check lower drainage area. bail water out first and be ready to catch water when you remove that motor unit.
Thanks for contacting Fixya
Hi,
Is it giving you any kind of error code. For example: error 37.

Error code 37 appears to be caused by a blocked pump.
Thanks

Hi
I tipped the washing machine over and could not find the filter you were talking about in the centre of the machine... what I undid was a big plastic thing that seemed to have lots of magnets inside of it... I put it back together and got it to spin... then tried to get it to complete a full cycle again but it seem to stop and show errors at the first rince cycles. any thoughts now?
