This error indicates that the waste toner bottle is full

Remove the small cover on the lower left hand side( one screw only) and remove the waste toner bottle and emptied it ensure that bottle neck is not clouded with toner otherwise even the bottle is empty still it will detect waste toner is full .hope this will help

When cleaning the neck of the bottle you should also clean the sensors inside the copier, sometimes waste toner fall on it.
