This is general problem in Windows mail...because it some time it cant able to load beta fetures(because it means significant extra development effort to place new features into an old and already overcrowded - and already confusing - interface (more delays)
because it increases the complexity of support - finding out what interface people are using and if it's classic, how they have customised it)
1...my suggestion is switch back your windows mail to classic mode.then try again.i think it solves Your problem.
2. If it is not try to reset internet Explorer settings to default and then try again.

if it not solves u r problem come back again...i will give u other solution

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do I get back to my normal inbox? I'm not remotely interested in all these other obscenities?

After you log into your G-mail, look for an icon - gear wheel. (mine is on the top right side under my email address.)
The gear wheel is for all settings options.
Click it and explore the tabs to find what you want to change.
The General, Inbox, & Theme tabs would be my guess.
As always you can google google (lol) for how to revert back.

Can,t opem my e-mail page

Which email account ?
If you currently have an e-mail address or you're thinking about getting one, you need to know how to access your account to check your messages.

Open a new browser and go to your e-mail provider's website.
To ensure that you navigate to the proper site, type your e-mail provider's URL (or website address) into the address bar at the top of the page.

Locate the "Mail" icon on the homepage.
Click on that mail icon and you will be directed to the appropriate sign-in page to access your e-mail inbox.

Provide your correct login details.
You will need to type your username/ID and password into the appropriate boxes and click the button that says "Sign In."

Click on the link that says "Inbox."
Once you click on the inbox link, you will have access to all of your messages, both old and new e-mails.

The unread mail is usually in bold, which makes it easier to identify your new messages.
Simply click on the subject of that e-mail to read your message.

I open my yahoo mail account and it opens but nothing shows. The tool bar is there and shows inbox etc but nothing is there

You can download and install either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

If you wish to continue using your current browser, open the browser window and click the "Tools" button from the menu bar. From the drop down box select "Internet Options". Click the "Advanced" tab and click the "Restore advanced settings" and "Reset" buttons, clicking OK to the dialog box following it. Close the browser window and browse back and you should have the page back to normal.

My yahoo mail page has changed! All I can see is my inbox messages but no place to send, delete, contacts or anything. What is wrong? I want my classic yahoo mail page back!!!

If you went to a new version of yahoo mail and that is the problem, then to go back to classic mail try lowering your screen resolution to 800 x 600. You may have to log out and then log back in after doing this for it to take affect.
This trick is just to get you back to yahoo classic mail.
It should bring up 2 options for you to choose from, either change back one time only or change back permanently......choose the permanent one.

Hope this helps.

My yahoo mail can be signed in, but when i click on mail, its can't reach my inbox to open mail. Pls advice. Thanks.

Try opening Yahoo mail in different web browsers. If other browsers work normally then the restore the browser causing issue to the default settings.

Furthermore, when any new mail is clicked in the inbox, then it displays the contents in the bottom half of the page by default.

I can't access my Yahoo Inbox but others can access theirs...

Hi,
well try to access your yahoo mail from different computer. If you are able to access it that means some virus has malfunctioned in your PC which is not allowing you to access the mail and if you are not able to access your yahoo inbox from different Computer then it surely the problem of Yahoo and in that case you need to contact Yahoo.
Also try to access your yahoo inbox from different browser.

The close ''X'' at the right top of the inbox page disappeared.

This windows icon only appears on the internet explorer window on the toolbar. SO I'm guessing you somehow accidentally got you IE window Floating and pushed up a bit to the point of NOT seeing the close box.

To resolve your problem findow the IE window tab on the start bar. right click it and select close. this will close the window and when you reopen itthe close box should be in a position that you can view.

If this fails then do the same thing but rather than select "Close" this time I want you to select "Maximize" this should stretch the window to cover the viewable screen bringing the close box into view.

If you still don't get your desired results please post back hear so I may help you further
