Why cannot receive calls

I doubt you can do that: Playstore is an Android app, and Blackberry uses a different, proprietary operating system. Contact Blackberry Tech Support to find out if it is possible.

connect your phone to a pc or laptop and add the ringtone u want into the ringtone folder on your phone.

try running diagnosis on your phone or check your recieval antenna of your phone.

You phoned microphone needs to be replaced. The speaker and Mic are two different components and works independently as well. IF people on the receiving end cant hear you, then your microphone is not fuctioning. Take it ti yiur dealer if it is still under warrantee or a reputable repair shop to replace the microphone

The os needs to be flashed. Send it to a mobile repair facility.

Try getting a new battery because the battery maybe too old also replace the charger since sometimes chargers can become defective after a while.

If you saved the phone number to your contacts list from your call log, it will automatically save with a '+' in front of the number. For example, I call you, you don't know my number, but after we talk, you save my number to your contacts list from your "received calls". This is the only time I have ever had it save this way. I go in and Edit the contact's phone number to delete the '+'. Hope this works for you like it did for me!
