Why my phone is not ringing when somebody calls me?

SOURCE: i am unable to allot ringtones to my nokia 1650.

you need to reflash your phones software, well you need gadget to reprogram your unit so you better go to a service center(nokia Care)

you want to goto settings in your mobile phone and select restore factory setting, in that type the security code 12345 and press ok .then the problem will be solved
