1995 Apollo Spa 10,000 volt Thunderbolt electrical. Repalaced the wetend on pump. Motor does not now restart.Power to main switch. Power out of switch on each leg. Power from switch to timer, but nothing seems to go past timer on that leg. Where do I get my hands on a wiring schematic, or what can I check for nex?

You didn't mention the fuse rating of the one you replaced so this method may not help if it was higher than ~5 amps.At this point, I would wire a 12 volt bulb, preferably, one with 40-50 watts rating (headlamp will do fine) in place of the fuse that is blowing and start pulling likely connectors until the light goes out.
If you don't get results this way, you might try disturbing one bundle of wire after another since this could be happening because of insulation that has been pinched or worn through to reach ground.
Using a bulb instead of bridging the fuse with a piece of coathanger will prevent melting the wire and possibly compounding the problem.

If the air tube is still connected to the air button on the side of the tub and you are pushing it with no results then either the motor is no good, the air button is no good or the air switch in the box is no good.
process of elimination, start with the pump. take the switch off the motor or out of the box and make sure you can get the motor to come on. If the motor comes on then move to the air switch and hook it back up and see if you can blow into the air switch with a new air button or a straw and see if the switch will activate the pump. if it does then you most likely have a bad air button ($12). If you cannot get it to activate the pump then the air switch is bad ($21).

Yes...you'll likely find the impeller body has broken away from the motor shaft so even though the motor turns the impeller is not. Replacing the impeller and the seal are not to hard but you may want a shop to do it if you are not familiar with seal replacement. While they have it they can make sure the motor bearings are still OK since the most common reason the impeller breaks is a seal leak that leads to motor shaft and possibly motor bearing damage.
