I ran the compatibility test and it said DualHead2Go Analog is compatible. Myt two external monitors have mirro images. I have been trying to fix this, but 5 hours have gone by and I am pulling my hair out. Please help.

You may have to upgrade to a new video card to get it to work properly. Onboard graphics are often crude with not much for options. Even a cheap video card should be good. Here are a couple of links to check compatibility:
Other solution is to re-install software for the Matrox.

How do i turn my onboard graphics card off on my emachinesc6207

In the presence of AGP/PCI Graphics Card, the system automatically switches the video output to it. Hence, there is no need to disable Intel Graphics. Just add the AGP/PCI Card and connect its Output to the monitor.

Hope it helps! Good Luck!

I suspect that you didnt install any driver for it ..and this may cause the issue..This is not a plug and play device and need a driver to work ..If you do not have a driver for mac on the disk here is something that may work it ..and run it ..and after that try to configure from the software ..It may be needed to lower the resolution to a max of 1360/768...but for a normal 19 inch monitor will be enough 1152/864 ..this will be the best choice ..

My monitor does not work when it is directly connected to the motherboard.. it works when it's connected to the video card. How can i connect my monitor directly to the motherboard and make it work....

You can't. The default value for using EITHER the onboard graphics or the plug in card is that one disables the other when plugged into the board. You need a graphics card with a D-sub AND a dvi out connector, then it will work. Chris

Problem using graphics card

You don't have to order a 'dell' brand power supply, just make sure you replace it with one more powerful with the same connection types... but before you do that, try changing the bios setting from 'auto' and specify the first video device to be the PCI-e, or AGP... depending on the type of card that you're putting in there.
