Windows can't find pictures on my camera

My camera connects just fine, but Windows cannot find any pictures on my camera.

You might need software to download your pics. Wal-mart has free software for your camera.

I have windows 7 now and when i went install my software the message told me my software for fjifilm fine pix A500 5.1 mega Pixels is only for windows XP.

I experienced the same problem, and tried connecting the usb into another usb input on my laptop and it worked.
