Question about Logitech EX100 967499-0403 Keyboard
On my keyboard 2 of the keys have swapped -@ to " and when I press the asterist it comes up as a pound sign. how do I reverse them?
Your keyboard language is set to the wrong language.
Im guessing that as US is the default you are in the UK but using a US language layout for your keyboard.
Goto Start --> Settings --> Control Panel
Select 'Regional and Language Settings' (If xp you may need to set it to view in classic mode)
Select the 'Languages' Tab and click Details in the 'Text Services and input languages' group box.
Set the language there that you need and hit apply!
I got this from a local advice board. It should help you.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
