My samsung galaxy s5 says not registered on network. It just happened today as it was working fine this morning. I can use my Sim card in other phones and still use the data coming from my Sim on my s5 but it's not letting me send messages or call . Can you help?

Delete some unnecessary files in your phone memory like images and videos. Go to your phone gallery and delete some of those. And if you want to use the memory card as phone message storage then go to Messaging - Option - Settings - Other and then Memory in Use, select your memory card.

But if your phone is infected with a virus then you need to format your phone. One sign of infection is your phone keep sending a message randomly from your contacts without your consent.

Use these code and enter it to format your phone:
*#7370# and then the default code is 12345

Take note: Make sure you back-up your contacts or any other important inside your phone.

There are two probable causes.
1. You have inserted sim incorrectly. Remove SIM and insert properly with golden contacts facing the contacts in phone.
2. Your SIM card might be damaged. Try with another SIM card and if it works, then you have to replace your sim card.
If nothing works, you have to take your phone to some service centre
